The App calculates NASDAQ market hours locally based on publicly available market schedules. No market data is collected, stored, or transmitted.

The App may contain links to external trading platforms (Apple Stocks, TradingView, Webull, Robinhood, E*TRADE). When you click these links, you leave the App and are subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

Network Access

The App may attempt to fetch optional market index data from public APIs. This feature:

Is entirely optional
Does not transmit any personal information
Uses standard HTTP requests
Does not identify individual users

If this feature is unavailable, the App functions normally without it.

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App is suitable for all ages and does not contain any objectionable content.
